About Dungi

Dungi is a service for companies and private entities to share documents and files with third party users. The third party user is only allowed to view the documents and files after they agreed not to share it with any other part other than has been agreed upon between the sender and the receiver.

Dungi’s responsibility

Abersoft Technologies AB, the corporation behind Dungi is NOT responsible that the recipient is who they claim to be, nor are Abersoft Technologies AB responsible that the documents and files are not shared with anyone else other than the recipient. It is the user's responsibility to check so that the recipient is who they claim to be and has the authority to view what is shared.

By using our service the user also agrees that Dungi is not responsible for if the files and documents are being hacked, stolen or lost in any other way.

The Users responsibility

The user is responsible for ensuring that the content of the files and documents that are being sent is legal and not violating any law or regulation in the country or location that both the user and the recipient is located in.

These Terms of Use might be updated in the future and it is the users responsibility to go to the websites Terms of Use section and stay updated with the latest Terms of Use.

Privacy Policy

Dungi is owned and operated by the Swedish company Abersoft Technologies AB, company ID number: 559241-9823, and provides companies, organizations and individuals with the service of uploading PDF documents which in term is forwarded by us to the email our users input in order for them to get the receiving party to agree to an Non Disclosure Agreement.

If you choose to use our service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving our service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

In order to use our service we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. We also collect the email address of the receiver with the purpose of sending them your document.
Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you visit our Service, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

In order to process your payment we use Stripe, a third party payment processor. Your payment will be processed by Stripe, who collect, use and process your information, including payment information, in accordance with they privacy policy.

Orders submitted on our website are directed to PayPal for processing. We have no access to your credit card data. According to PayPal's Privacy Policy at the time of posting this page, when you visit the PayPal website or use PayPal Services, PayPal may collect data on the pages you access, your computer IP address, device identifiers, the type of operating system you’re using, your location, mobile network information, standard web log data and other information. It may also collect information about your transactions and your activities, including contact, financial and personal information. PayPal does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. It shares with us only the billing address and order details required for order processing.

Furthermore, we have no access to your credit card information, everything is handled by our third party providers.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
